PATIENTS, staff and volunteers at Worcester's St Richard's Hospice celebrated the first birthday at its new site.
The Wildwood Drive centre opened a year ago following a £5.25 million fund-raising campaign and in that time it has helped 1,700 patients and family members, including 190 people in the in-patient unit, which offers round-the-clock specialist care.
St Richard's chief executive Mark Jackson said: "This first year in our new hospice has been fantastic."
