More than 22 million hits have been registered on the website to get tickets for the Led Zeppelin reunion concert.
This weekend fans of the group will find out by text or email whether they have been successful in obtaining tickets for the concert to take place in November at the O2 Millennium Dome.
Led Zeppelin disbanded in late 1980 just weeks after the death of drummer John Bonham, who lived in Cutnall Green, near Droitwich.
The Worcester News told this week, on the 27th anniversary of the Redditch born drummer's death, how fans from all over the world visit the memorial where his ashes were scattered at nearby Rushock Parish Church.
The three surviving members of the band, including singer Robert Plant, who lives at Shatterford, near Kidderminster, have only played two gigs since - Live Aid in 1985 and the 40th anniversary of Atlantic records in 1988.
At the London concert Bonham's son Jason will take his father's place on drums.
The one-off tribute concert is a tribute to Ahmet Ertegun, who signed the band to Atlantic Records.
