A MAN has been charged with two counts of arson at an address in Moat House Lane, Hindlip, Worcester.
The fires occured three days apart; the first at 9pm on Thursday, September 20 and the second at 9pm on Sunday, September 23.
The man alleged to have started them is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court today.
