A WORCESTER man has been banned from Pershore town centre.
Marc Bell, aged 22, of no fixed abode in Worcester is only allowed through Pershore when travelling through in a vehicle or on public transport after an amendment to his CBO (criminal behaviour order).
Bell is also banned from entering the Co-Op in Racecourse Road, Pershore and behaving in an aggressive or threatening manner as well as being in possession of lighter fluid, gas, superglue, or drugs paraphernalia in a public place.
Finally, Bell cannot shout, swear or use any offensive language or racist language towards others that causes alarm, harassment or distress.
The amendment sees him banned from Pershore when he was previously banned from Worcester.
The order was put in place for three years, and will expire in January 2021.
