Former swimming instructor and cub leader had indecent images of children
A FORMER swimming instructor had indecent images of children, a court heard.
Stephen Flubacher of Old Malvern Road in Powick, was also a former cub leader 7th Worcester Powick and Callow End.
He changed his plea late as he admitted to two counts of possessing indecent images and was given an 18 month custody sentence, suspended for two years.
The 70-year-old was also made to sign the Sex Offender Register, which he will be on for 10 years and given a 10 year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
He had to pay prosecution costs of £2,800 and a victim surcharge of £100.
He was sentenced at Worcester Crown Court on Wednesday December 13.
