WORCESTERSHIRE County Council showcased its ‘Open for Business’ message with an event packed November.
Throughout this month an ongoing series of events were held to show what support is available to city businesses through European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) support programmes.
Events were held at Sixways Stadium and Worcester Arena, as well as elsewhere in the county.
The final event is already fully booked, taking place at the Morgan Motor Company in Malvern this weekend. It will focus on how businesses can reduce the environmental impacts of their operations.
Lynne Avery, business growth programme manager, said: “The Open for Business message is a key priority for Worcestershire County Council, and our suite of business support programmes include a mix of new and existing programmes.
“Our programmes are designed to assist existing businesses, champion innovation and are intended to attract inward investment – especially from companies in key interest sectors, which include agri-tech, advanced manufacturing, cyber security and IT.”
