POLICE are investigating an incident in which an alleged assault took place in a McDonald's restaurant in the centre of Worcester.
Police were called between 3.36am and 3.46am on Sunday, April 16 with a report of an incident taking place at McDonald's in the Foregate.
A police spokesman said: "To help us piece together the circumstances following the alleged assault, I would like to hear from anyone who had been within McDonalds at the time, and had filmed the incident on their mobile phones."
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 quoting incident number 104S of April 16.
A 22-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested on suspicion of assault in connection with the incident, and has subsequently been released while the investigation is going on.
