ROTARIAN John Pooley has been inducted as the new president of Worcester Rotary Club.
Past president Brian Lancaster handed over the chains of office to Mr Pooley, starting another new era for the group.
The chains were handed over at Worcestershire County Cricket Club in New Road on Monday .
Worcester Rotary Club is still looking for new members interested in helping and joining the group.
The aim of the group is to bring volunteers together to help local and international charities by staging fund- raising initiatives.
The group recently helped ship five ambulances to Kashmir filled with life-saving equipment to help survivors from the asian earthquake of 2005.
