Further update: A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service has also provided a statement.
The spokesman said: "We were called by police to an unconscious patient on College Yard at 7.11pm last night.
"One ambulance attended and treated an 18-year-old woman who was under the influence.
"The woman declined hospital treatment and was left in the care of the police."
An eyewitness has also told us police were in the area this morning for a short period.
Tuesday update: West Mercia Police have provided an update on the burglary last night.
In a statement they said: "Shortly before 7pm on Monday we received a report of a possible burglary in progress in College Yard, Worcester.
"Officers attended - a 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary, and another 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and being in possession of a controlled drug.
"Both are still in custody."

POLICE and ambulance crews rushed to a suspected burglary near Worcester Cathedral.
At around 7.30pm a Worcester News reader, who did not wish to be named said that she saw four police cars and an ambulance called to an unknown incident.
The suspected burglary involved two parties, and was at a property just around the corner from the cathedral.
