A MAN was caught using his mobile phone while driving on the motorway while his four year old daughter was in the car.
The man was stopped on the M5 at junction 5, Droitwich, by special constables from the Central Motorway Police Group.
New tougher laws brought in last month mean anyone caught driving while using a hand-held mobile can receive six points and a £200 fine.
