A QUILT made by Malvern Quilters will be raffled in aid of Worcestershire Animal Rescue Shelter when the group holds its annual show in April.
The quilt, currently on display at sewing shop Stitch 45, at 45 Worcester Road, Malvern, will be sold off to raise money for the Newland-based shelter, a charity chosen by club president Yvonne Jenkins.
The annual show is on Saturday and Sunday, April 8 and 9, at Colwall Village Hall from 10am to 4pm, and, as well as displays of the members' work, includes a sales table, tombola and traders' stalls.
There will also be on show an early 20th-century quilt from Northumbria, which is being finished by Malvern Quilters members.
Raffle tickets, costing £1 each, are available at Stitch 45. Admission to the exhibition is £3 and there will be refreshments including light lunches available.
