POLICE have released a CCTV image of a burglary in Worcester.
Burglars stole gold jewellery and antique dessert cutlery in the incident which happened sometime between noon and 2pm on January 3, at a property in College Green.
An old gold fob watch with a bloodstone seal, a gold pendant set with pearls, and a circular silver broach with shoots of leaves are believed to have been taken in the burglary.
A set of antique dessert knives and forks with mother of pearl handles in a case measuring approximately 10ins by 8ins, were also reportedly stolen.
Investigating officers would like to speak to the man pictured in the image as they believe he may have information which could help with their enquiries.
Police are also appealing for anyone who witnessed the burglary, and who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time, to come forward.
Officers also ask anyone who is offered for sale the items, or ones that match the description, to get in touch.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting incident number 333S of January 4.
