THREE vehicles were involved in a serious collision on the A44 at Bryngsty near Bromyard.

The accident at around 8pm on Sunday night involved a silver MG ZR travelling towards Worcester and a blue Peugeot 405 and black Honda CBR motorcycle headed in the opposite direction.

The 52-year-old male driver of the Peugeot suffered chest leg injuries and a 18-year-old front seat passenger sustained a cut to the head. The 52-year-old male motorcycle rider suffered a chest injury, while the 28-year old male MG driver was treated for shock and minor injuries. All of those involved in the collision were taken to hospital by ambulance but their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

The road was completely blocked by the collision and remained closed until around 2am while the vehicles were removed and collision investigators began their examination.
