YOUNG dancers from Worcestershire are preparing to represent the West Midlands at a major dance festival.
W'ire, Worcestershire's Youth Dance Company, will perform at the Number 8 Community Arts Centre, in Pershore tonight, in advance of their anticipated performance at the National Youth Dance Festival 2007 in Manchester next month.
The senior section of the company will travel to Manchester for four days of intensive workshops with professional dancers and choreographers. They will then perform their piece in front of judges at the Lowry Theatre on Wednesday, July 11. Tickets for tonight's performance are available from the box office on 01386 555488, priced £5 and £3.50 concessions.
The show starts at 7.30pm.
