A MAN was airlifted to hospital after a collision between a car and a horsebox.
The man in his 60s was trapped in the wreckage of his vehicle for almost an hour after the incident on the A465, two miles from Stoke Lacey, near Bromyard, just after 3.30pm on Wednesday.
Two rapid response vehicles attended the scene, along with a community first responder, ambulance and County Air Ambulance.
The man, the only person involved who received serious injuries, was cut free from his vehicle and airlifted to hospital in Birmingham with injuries to his chest and arm.
