PEOPLE are being advised to consider setting up an enduring power of attorney (EPA) while they can, because from October they they will no longer be available.

They are to be replaced by a new lasting power of attorney. Age Concern Herefordshire & Worcestershire is warning that it may be less flexible for some clients and is likely to be more expensive.

Anyone who wants to talk about the differences and to see if they want to make an enduring power of attorney can attend a free legal surgery or book an appointment with Age Concern. For more information telephone 01905 726652 or drop in to Age Concern Herefordshire & Worcester-shire offices in Sansome Street, Worcester.
