KEEP your umbrella to hand because Worcestershire is expecting more torrential rain.
Over the past few days the county has been battered by stormy weather and flash floods, and there is more to come.
Worcester News weatherman Paul Damari said: "In the next week or so we are likely to see some cooler bursts and thunderstorms around with flash flooding in places.
"I'm expecting there could be another inch or two in places because of these thundery downpours. We had almost half the month with no rainfall. Now one and a half times the average June rainfall has fallen in several days "This is the pattern we have got to get used to - longer drier warmer spells during the summer, broken by the short-lived monsoon-like downpours that can give you the whole month's rainfall or more within a shorter space of time," he said.
The temperatures over the next five days will be between 19C and 21C (66F to 70F), about average for this time of year.
