THE new Worcester City Council logo made national TV headlines on Friday when a story about it was broadcast on The Tonight Programme with Trevor MacDonald.
The logo, which was unveiled in January and cost about £29,000, was highlighted in a feature called Wasting Your Cash?
The documentary, which featured city council chief executive David Wareing, saw producers go out onto streets to ask members of the public what it thought of the logo.
We first reported in January how the Guildhall was ditching the old logo and City of Worcester' label for a new version.
