Firefighters have been out rescuing boats stranded due to the rising water.
A Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said fire engines and rescue boats were called to Workman's Bridge on the River Avon near Evesham after a number of people had been left stranded on their narrow boats since Thursday.
She said the people had run out of food and water, and added that the service was also called out to deal with another similar incident where two people had to be resuced from their narrow boat at Cropthorne near Pershore.
Meanwhile, firefighters had to cut a man free from an upturned car in a waterlogged ditch along the A449 Malvern to Powick road.
The man was not hurt in the incident which happened at about 9.15am.
