A WORCESTER pensioner claims he has been "ripped off" after Worcestershire Royal Hospital told him he could not have a refund on a card to watch the TV.
John Chambers, aged 86, spent a week in hospital suffering from pneumonia and bought a special card so he could watch TV while inside.
