Worcester shoppers can find out how to protect themselves against common health complaints as CrownGate shopping centre plays host to Age Concern as part of National Men's Health Awareness Week.
Age Concern will be in Friary Walk today and will be offering free carbon monoxide tests to shoppers between 10am and 3pm.
Visitors to the shopping centre can also pick up leaflets containing useful information and tips on a variety of health matters.
The purpose of the event is to heighten awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment among older men.
Sally Everton, active ageing project officer, said: "We are looking to provide advice on ways that people can help to keep themselves as healthy as possible; be it mentally or physically."
