YOUNG musicians from across the county are preparing to perform at a major jazz festival.
The Worcestershire Youth Jazz Orchestra (WYJO) will play on the opening day of Upton-on-Severn Jazz Festival.
"The Upton Jazz Festival is a musical auditory feast for musicians and audience alike," said Ian Hattersley, WYJO musical director.
"The sheer variety of musical styles, performers and the festival's international influences creates an intoxicating and distinctive buzz."
The WYJO will perform at 8pm on Friday, June 22. The festival begins at midday on Friday and runs until Sunday evening, finishing at 11.30pm.
