A CONTROVERSIAL attempt to exempt MPs from the Freedom of Information Act is facing collapse - after the bill found no backers in the House of Lords.
The bill, which Worcester MP Mike Foster voted for, would make it harder for the press and public to glean information from members of Parliament.
