VOLUNTEERS at Worcester Foodbank have made a "very urgent" plea for items during their busy summer months.
The food bank is running low on a number of items and need help to restock their new warehouse in Lowesmoor Wharf.
The items they urgently need are pasta meals in packets, microwaveable rice, small boxes of cereal, sponge puddings, biscuits and long life fruit juice.
As well as food and drink they also very urgently need Shampoo, shower gel and bars of soap, shaving foam, washing powder, deodorant and bags for life.
Worcester Foodbank also urgently needs tinned spaghetti, packet mashed potato, small packs of rice and tinned fruit.
Donations can be dropped off at the warehouse on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11am to 2pm.
They can also be dropped off at many Worcester churches and The Guildhall.
