POLICE stopped a driver for using a car without lights at night and found they only held a provisional licence.
A tweet from officers' South Worcestershire Cops account reported the car had been seized by police in Worcester.
It said: "Team B Worcs. vehicle stopped for driving without lights. Driver found to only hold a provisional licence. #seized"
