FIREFIGHTERS have put out a house fire Barbourne, Worcester this evening.

The fire in Somers Road was reported at 6.21pm today.

Two fire crews, one from Worcester and another from Droitwich, attended to extinguish the flames.

Four lots of breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and one covering jet were used to bring the blaze under control.

At 7.14pm fire crews were called to a small grass fire in Clover Way, Malvern. Two buckets of water were used to put out the fire.

At 7.04pm firefighters were called to a fire involving shed and outbuilding at Sion Hill, Kidderminster, extinguished by a Kidderminster crew using one hose reel.

At 5.29pm fire crews responded to a crash involving two vehicles. No-one was trapped and no-one sustained any injuries during the incident at Crown Lane, Chadwick.

At 10.37am crews from Evesham and Ledbury attended a large tree fire next to corn field at Hinton on the Green, extinguished with two hose reels and using one main jet.

Crews from Ledbury and Fownhope extinguished a fire involving 1,000 hay bales in  a barn on fire using hose reel jets, mechanical digger and thermal image camera after a call at 7.19am.
