THE year started with the annual general meeting, which was well attended, due in part to an excellent supper followed by a quiz.
The spring show was very successful. The hall looked very colourful and beautiful with some spectacular flowers produced in spite of the difficult weather conditions. There were around 200 entries.
We are now preparing for the summer show, to be held on Saturday, August 4. Further details later.
Our meetings are held in Ombersley Memorial Hall on the third Thursday in the month at 8pm, except during August and December.
Visitors and new members are always welcome.
