ONE man's scrap is another's sculpture - that was the message from a green charity as it was relaunched by its new champion, Dick Strawbridge.
The moustachioed former Army officer - who first appeared on TV as a contestant on Channel 4's Scrapheap Challenge before becoming a TV presenter in his own right on It's Not Easy Being Green - was at the Shrub Hill Industrial Estate to officially open the new Worcestershire Resource Exchange.
The grand opening on Saturday was a chance for the charity to promote its work providing cheap material for artists while reducing the rubbish going to landfill.
Mr Strawbridge was joined by Worcester Warriors chairman Cecil Duckworth, from the Duckworth Worcestershire Trust.
The exchange, which had been closed for the last six weeks, is now open again on the industrial estate at a new base, next door to Lambs Removals.
