ORPHANED children from South Africa will share an inspirational story when their touring choir performs at a Worcester church on Wednesday (July 20).
LIV Village Choir is hoping to capture the hearts of local people with its production of LIV the Journey at All Saints Church on Deansway at 7pm.
It reveals how thousands of young lives have been transformed by the Lungisisa Indlela Village (LIV) charity, which was set up in 2010 to help some of the five million orphaned children in South Africa.
The youngsters, who are aged from 12 to 16, have been delighting audiences across the UK with their performances of music and dance.
Tich Smith, LIV Founder, said: “Music plays a large role in the lives of the children to build confidence, concentration, learn discipline, and to help grow their musical skill.
"The choir has helped our children to work in unity and to appreciate each other.”
The event is free but donations will be taken to support the work of LIV.
