A THEATRE show in memory of a much loved and sorely missed member of the local drama scene is taking place this weekend.
The Steve Mayor Tribute Show will raise money for the British Heart Foundation and commemorate the life of Steve Mayor, who died in November 2006.
A staunch supporter, member and friend of every amateur acting group that visited Worcester's Swan Theatre, Mr Mayor gave up his own time and energy to ensure local amateur theatre lived on.
Taking part in the show, which runs at 2.30pm and 7.30pm at the Swan this Sunday,will be members of the Midland Musical Theatre Group, Kays Theatre Group, Worcester Operatic and Dramatic Society, Harlequin Stage School, Perdiswell Drama Club and Barry North.
