A 33-year-old Droitwich man was foul-mouthed and abusive towards police officers, a court heard.
Adrian Locke, of Wych Road, Chawson, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday, where he admitted using threatening behaviour and breaching a conditional discharge.
Syma Akhtar, prosecuting, said officers were called on Saturday, April 21, following reports of a fight.
Barry Newton, defending, said Locke's criminal record was "fairly long", but in recent years there had been a dramatic reduction in offending.
He said witnesses stated they saw another man hit Locke first and he was trying to defend himself.
"Police described how he was bloodied when he was arrested," he said. Locke was fined £70 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.
