PAUL Ricketts, assistant editor and sports editor of your Worcester News, has been appointed as our Readers' Ombudsman.
Paul should be your first point of contact if you have a complaint about anything in the Worcester News - either in print or online.
Paul will respond to a complaint within 24 hours of us receiving it. And we will attempt to resolve any issues within 48 hours.
Worcester News Editor Kevin Ward said: "We know that from time to time we get things wrong, that's the nature of a daily news organisation.
"We do our very best to keep mistakes to a minimum but if something is wrong, we want to know about it. That's why I've decided to appoint a Readers' Ombudsman.
"Paul's role is to be our readers' champion, a first point of contact for anyone who has a complaint, and the person who will attempt to resolve problems as quickly as possible."
Paul Ricketts can be contacted on 01905 742271 or e-mail pr@worcesternews.
