Doctor Miriam Stoppard is coming to Worcestershire to talk to the Women's Institute about intimate matters.
The renowned doctor and agony aunt is travelling the country this summer to give a series of talks to Women's Institute members and is calling in at Areley Kings Village Hall, Stourport-on-Severn, on Wednesday, June 27. She will be talking about love, relationships and putting to bed the myth that as people get older, sex lives deteriorate.
Dr Stoppard will also be raising awareness about conditions that affect relationships of more mature people.
She will be addressing the effect of male impotence on a relationship - a condition which is often ignored but which affects 2.3 million men in the country and becomes significantly more common with age.
Many people are also unaware that it can be the first sign of a further underlying illness such as heart disease or diabetes.
