A ROYAL tea party will be held at an assisted living development in Malvern to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday.
McCarthy and Stone, which runs Cartwright Court in Victoria Road, is inviting retired members of the community along to its event between 11am and 4pm on Saturday, May 14.
A host of party treats will be on offer, courtesy of the development's on-site chef, and there will be the chance for visitors to learn about life at Cartwright Court.
Robert Monkman, sales and marketing director for McCarthy and Stone, said: "Our tea party will be a fantastic way for visitors to join in with the nationwide celebrations of Her Majesty’s 90th birthday.
"For those interested in finding out more about life at Cartwright Court, the event is the perfect way for visitors to relax and look around the stunning development, including the impressive bistro style restaurant and on-site communal facilities, and ask any questions they might have about the fabulous lifestyle on offer.
"What's more, they can also invite their loved ones to share the day with us too, and enjoy some delicious cakes and sparkling wine in the Queen’s honour."
