HOW to make a rocket fly into the sky was one of the things investigated by pupils at a Worcester school's science fair.
Year 4 pupils from Oasis Academy Warndon also looked at why oil and water don't mix in lava lamps, what is static electricity and how chemical reactions take place.
At the fair, the youngsters from Oasis demonstrated what they had learnt to visitors from Perdiswell Primary School and Cranham Primary School.
They presented the experiments and answered tricky questions during the fair, held last term.
