THE pupils and staff at Elmley Castle First School have celebrated the arrival of Spring with a beautiful display of bright colour and wellington boots.
Inspired by proud mum Chrissy Barnes, the wellies have been attached at the school entrance and planted up with primroses.
They can be re-planted as the seasons come and go.
Lisa Sharp, community governor at the school, said: "Elmley has a second to none Forest School facility and every child in the school takes part in a session each week.
"The children learn through the outdoor environment and enjoy the hands-on experience of growing plants, fruit and vegetables and exploring nature."
