A 12-year-old boy who had his prized model plane stolen while he was out flying it on the Malvern Hills has been given a replacement.
Richard Dee was devastated when the £150 glider was stolen on Saturday by two teenagers on bikes.
Carer Judy Forbes, of Droitwich, heard about Richard's plight and remembered that there was a plane in the attic of the Malvern Wells home of her old friend Robert Baker.
Mr Baker had to move into a residential home and Mrs Forbes has had to clear his house.
Wendy Dee, Richard's mother, said: "We're absolutely delighted. It's great that people are so kind."
