A MALVERN man has been handed a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) after committing thefts and public order offences.
Ben Crook, 25, of Tanhouse Lane, was given the order on Monday, April 18 at Worcester Magistrates' Court.
The order was made following Crook's conviction for thefts from two Malvern convenience stores in January, and three separate public order offences which also took place in Malvern during November and December 2015.
Expiring on April 17 2019, the CBO prevents Crook from using foul language or being verbally abusive, behaving in an aggressive or threatening manner, and from entering Elgar Avenue or Moat Way in Malvern, including the shops in both locations.
