Introduction
Following the huge success of last year's event, the Worcester News is delighted to bring you details of the 'Every Child Matters Careers Fair' for 2007. Held in association with the Worcestershire County Council's Family Information Service, part of the Early Years and Childcare Service, the event will take place on Thursday 14th June at the Fownes Hotel, City Walls Road, Worcester from 10am-4pm.

Last Year
Last year we saw over 400 people looking for opportunities and training for working with children, young people and their families. The day was a huge success with very positive feedback from those who took part and visitors to the fair.

Worcester News Event Feature

An advert within the Worcester News feature the Wednesday prior to the event, capturing job seekers on our main recruitment day in the Worcester News. Exhibitor advertisement sizes range from 10x2 (10cms deep x2 columns wide: 88mm) mono up to a half page colour, depending on your chosen package.

Exhibition Stand
4ftx2ft6" table, with a white cloth and two chairs is supplied, however you may bring your own exhibition furniture/ boards by prior arrangement.

Event Publicity
Every Child Matters Careers Fair advertisements appear across all Newsquest Midlands (South) Ltd titles as various sizes plus generic editorial and online promotion (for full details, please refer to publicity' section).

On-line
On-line promotion of the fair via www.worcesternews.co.uk, through a dedicated website, prior to the event. Our Worcester News website receives 15,412** unique user every week, highlighting forthcoming events plus access to your business.

Lunch and Refreshments
Complimentary tea, coffee, squash and water are available throughout the day.
A packed lunch including a sandwich with choice of filling, packet of crisps, chocolate bar, piece of fruit and a bottle of water is provided by the Fownes Hotel.

Details of Exhibition
Alterations to stands cannot be made on exhibition day.
You can drop off your displays the night prior (Wednesday 13th June), from 6.30pm, at the hotel if you wish. Alternatively, you can set up on the morning of the fair from 7am. Please ensure your stand will be ready by 9.30am in time for visitors.

The exhibition will close at 4.00pm.

All stands must be cleared from the halls by 6pm. Please do not start to pack away until 4.00pm.

Parking is NOT available at the Fownes Hotel for exhibitors. There is however a pay and display car park next to the Fownes (first left after turning for the Fownes).
Please move vehicles once unloaded.
