PEOPLE with an interest in family and social history are invited to attend a meeting organised by the Worcester branch of the Birmingham and Midland Society for Genealogy and Heraldry.
A talk entitled The Origin Of Surnames is to be given by Geoff Sorrell, a recognised authority on the subject, on Friday, June 8.
The meeting will be held at 7.30pm in the Baptist Church Hall in Sansome Walk, Worcester.
