A successful connemara stud is opening its gates to visitors on Sunday, June 10.
Brockington Connemaras at Bodenham, about six miles north of Bromyard, is a small stud breeding and producing performance ponies.
It was started in 2003 by Dr Judith Johnson with a Herefordshire-bred mare Arrow Peruna and now has several brood mares and stallions, including Pilgrim's Excaliber, known as Junior, which has been rated third in the breed's progeny rankings.
The stud's open day will be from 11am on June 10, when Junior and some of his off-spring and wives can be seen.
