THREE new classroom areas have been opened at a Worcester school.
Worcester MP Robin Walker joined pupils at Cranham Primary School, in Warndon, last week to officially open the new areas.
The new areas have been built to increase the school’s capacity to deliver targeted intervention to many of their 460 pupils.
Mr Walker said: "Supporting local schools is one of my passions and I’m keeping the pressure for fairer funding for Worcestershire in Westminster.
"Bright and well laid out classrooms like these can make a real contribution to children’s enjoyment of learning and I congratulate the school and its governors on securing this investment."
The school has been working towards the completion of this project for many months and said the staff and
children were delighted with their smart new learning environment.
