A CHARITY which looks after members of the armed forces and their relatives has received £3,500 from the Royal Ancient Order of Buffaloes Worcestershire.
The cheque was presented to the SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association) Forces Help on Saturday, May 19.
Brigadier Dermot Blundell, chairman of the charity, said: "Thank you to Grand Primo 2006 Jim Bishop and his members, it will help us to continue our work for those in need."
The money was a result of the Buffaloes members' collections over the past year and will be used in assisting Forces, ex-Forces and their families in Worcestershire.
