A WORCESTERSHIRE man admitted stealing a cake because he was hungry and his benefit had been stopped.
Dale Ravenhill admitted at Worcester Magistrates Court on Wednesday stealing a 99p cheesecake from an Evesham shop.
Ravenhill, aged 32, of Temple Mews, Evesham, stole the cake on Wednes-day, May 9.
He was served a conditional discharge to run concurrently with an existing one.
No orders for costs or compensation were made.
