SPECIAL buses are being laid on to ensure visitors get a smooth ride to Pershore carnival and other attractions in the town on Bank Holiday Monday.

Pershore and District Voluntary Help Centre is providing the service on behalf of the town's carnival committee between Pershore railway station and the town centre from 10am to 6pm.

It will also provide a service for those coming into town from Pinvin and from the Station Road estates.

Pershore is expecting to attract hundreds of visitors on Monday, May 28, to its carnival, farmers market and Pershore Fire Station open day.
