A WORCESTERSHIRE man is busy in training to walk 62 miles in 30 hours.
Neil Jackson, right, who works at Pershore Plant Emporium, near Pinvin, is taking part in the sponsored event to raise money for Oxfam and the Gherka Welfare Trust. He is hoping to raise more than £2,500. Mr Jackson was asked by a friend to take on the challenge and being a keen walker he was delighted to. It takes place on July 15 and 16 on the South Downs Way from Petersfield to Brighton. To sponsor Mr Jackson call him on 07780 994013.
