A Droitwich man has been convicted for assault and banned from being drunk in a public place.
John James Smith was sentenced to a three year Criminal Behaviour Order following his conviction, which also prohibits the 30 year-old from behaving in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner.
The order also means that Smith cannot use verbally abusive, foul language or make offensive gestures.
Smith, of Winslow Avenue, appeared before Worcester Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
He has been banned from Highfield Close, Thatchers Piece and Stalls Farm Road, all in Droitwich, also.
