A turkey and tinsel lunch was enjoyed by 55 people thanks to the Evesham Hub.

The Hub, formally known as Evesham Day Service, cooked up a festive lunch of turkey and stuffing baps and home-made mince pies for residents of Ferry View.

The lunch guests also enjoyed traditional Christmas carols, craft stalls and a raffle during the event on Thursday, December 3.

Evesham Hub, which organises community based activities for adults with learning disabilities, arranged the event with Rooftops Housing.

Annie Longhurst, Evesham Hub team leader, said: "We are delighted that the event went so well and was so well received by all who were able to attend.

"I'd like to extend our thank you to the residents of Ferry View and Rooftops Housing for allowing us to host the event."
