A LEISURE centre near Worcester is taking a visit from Father Christmas to new heights by combining a trip to see Santa with a climbing wall experience.
Children aged five and over can take part in special 'Christmas Climb' sessions at Sport Martley Leisure Centre on Monday, December 21, and Tuesday, December 22, from 4.30pm.
The sessions will be themed around Christmas and junior climbers are "in for a few festive treats as well as a gift from Father Christmas", according to organisers.
James Chaplin, manager, said: “We are really looking forward to seeing Father Christmas here at Sport Martley and are particularly pleased to hear he’s a fan of the climbing wall.
“This gives us an ideal opportunity to welcome him to Sport Martley to meet local children who can burn off some of their holiday excitement on the climbing wall before meeting him here.”
Sport Martley Leisure Centre is operated by Freedom Leisure on behalf of Malvern Hills District Council.
