Cancer Research UK's 10k run will return to Eastnor Castle, near Ledbury, on Sunday, September 9.

Spokeswoman Rachel Roxburgh said: "This is the fifth year of the Cancer Research UK 10k series. The courses are exciting as well as challenging but, with the right training and preparation, the distance should be no problem.

"One in three people in the UK will be affected by cancer at some point in their lives. The fund-raising efforts of all those taking part are vital to Cancer Research UK's work to help beat cancer."
